What is life about if you do not have the ability to be happy? I believe we are all here to find our purpose and passion in life, and let’s face it, with the way that the world has been these last several months, happy has been a hard thing to come by for most.
As a Chinese medicine practitioner, we know that we cannot be happy without first processing the things that make us feel stuck, sick, unbalanced.
In order to create free flow of “Happy” we need to acknowledge first and express and grieve our traumas.
We do this through tools in self care, and understanding how the brain and body connect.
Without the proper tools to heal, what ends up happening is we keep repeating the patterns of trauma in our relations. We block our own success, and create self sabotaging patterns in our life….
In honor of those families that had to face the trauma we have experienced 9/11/11, my friend Neal Phalora and I will be discussing how trauma can have an effect on your brain and body, and how to heal those traumas in order to create an abundance of success and health in your life.
I would love it if you could join us! If not live, you can catch the replay by signing up HERE
