Thank you for taking the time to get some loving for yourself with these DIY self care tips
We are getting through some of the toughest times anyone has ever had to face, and the common theme I am seeing in my patients is STRESS and ANXIETY.
Summertime is normally a time of getting out of the house and into the sun, going to parties and hanging out by the beach and pool. But with all the layers of trauma we are facing as a globe, it is important we have a self care regiment to maintain out mental health. Summer is about the FIRE element of the 5 elements.
It is an energetic time to connect with our heart and what gives us JOY .
If unbalanced, feelings of anxiety and frantic behavior can ensue….
All you FIRE imbalanced people you might be feeling the wrath of the fire season the most! find out if you are fire imbalanced by taking the quiz HERE

Meet the owner
I am a mom, a friend, a healer, someone who is always here to help and lead a lending hand. Chinese Medicine has been my base for the last 10 years to help combat my own mental health issues from childhood trauma, as well as my sport related injuries from martial arts. Acupuncture also helped me to regulate my period and helped with many aliments associated from woman’s health. I especially love helping woman and moms to recover from any post-partum or mental health issues. Mental health is an invisible disease, and through Chinese medicine, I have been able to address my personal traumas as well as help navigate thousands of people through Anxiety and Depression, and overcoming health and personal obstacles in their life. I am now taking patients online and in person, and am committed to modernizing and mainstreaming Eastern medicine, bridging the gap between east vs west, and advocating for choice in our bodies and our medicine.

Take the Element Quiz!
What Element are you? We are present ourselves to the world as a different archetype. Within that we have our own strengths and weaknesses. Understanding ourselves is the first step in self healing.
I am thinking about all of you during these crazy times, especially my teachers who will need to go back to teaching, as well as the mothers who are now deciding whether to keep their kids home, or send them to school with restrictions. Whatever decision you make is a good one for your family, and I am proud of you. We are navigating all of this together, and whatever I can do to help, I am here.
With SO much love,
